The topics of the ONA process may be new for you. Perhaps you have never before considered sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression as they relate to faith. The Rocky Hill Congregation Church completed their ONA process in June 2009. Their website is a wonderful resource for understanding how one congregation worked through a process that led them to become an Open and Affirming church. Their Committee Chairperson Gail Hall spoke to our congregation during our “What Do Our Neighbors Tell Us?” panel event in February 2011.
