Overview of Board Functions:
BOARD OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION
The board that coordinates the activities of the Investment, Stewardship and Building & Grounds Committees to develop and implement the programs of First Church falling within its areas of responsibility. This board prepares budgets, including future-year budgets for the committees within its area of responsibility, and submits these requests to the Budget Facilitation Committee. The board consists of the Chair, and one additional representative from each constituent committee.

BOARD OF SERVICE AND OUTREACH
The board that coordinates the activities of the Membership, Outreach, Pastoral Care and Historical Committees to develop and implement the programs of First Church falling within its areas of responsibility. This board prepares budgets, including future-year budgets for the committees within its area of responsibility, and submits these requests to the Budget Facilitation Committee. The board of the Women's Association reports through the Board of Service and Outreach. The board consists of the Chair, and one additional representative from each constituent committee or minor board.

BOARD OF WORSHIP AND EDUCATION
The board that coordinates the activities of the Worship, Christian Education and Music Committees, and the Library Ministry Team, to develop and implement the programs of First Church falling within its areas of responsibility. This board prepares budgets, including future-year budgets for the committees within its area of responsibility, and submits these requests to the Budget Facilitation Committee. The board consists of the Chair, and one additional representative from each constituent committee.
