Worship Services
First Church is committed to being a spiritual home for a diverse group of Christians. We are open to many ways of understanding, questioning, challenging, learning, deepening and living out our faith while making a difference in the world. It is our goal for everyone to feel a sense of belonging and connection with the church and its members. No matter who you are or where you are on life's journey, you are welcome here.
Sunday Worship:

We gather every Sunday at 10 a.m. in the Meetinghouse as the central act of our community of faith. We make every effort to provide thoughtful and relevant worship to take us to a deeper level of faith, and we hope you will make a renewed effort to connect with God through worship.
Additionally, we offer nursery care, a church school program for children ages 3 to grade 8, Confirmation class (Grade 9), a youth ministry program, adult education classes, music (vocal and instrumental) for all ages, and numerous opportunities for Christian service.
During the summer (generally the first Sunday in July through Labor Day weekend), worship takes place in Porter Memorial Hall (located in Amistad Hall, the cream colored brick building next to the Meetinghouse). Although there is no church school in the summer, nursery care is available for children 5 and younger.
